Last night, Hans pulled another frozen meal out of the freezer for dinner. There were five of us ~ Lindsey, Pete, Jim, Hans and I. Everyone at the table commented on how great the meal was. Of course it had to be one of my mom's creations! So I thought I'd pass it on to you...
Chicken Curry Divan
2 whole chicken breast, skinless
1 bag frozen cut broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded Sharp white cheese
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
Seasoned bread crumbs and paprika
Directions:
Cover chicken in pan of water and cook for 40 minutes on medium heat.
Remove and let cool.
Layer bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish with broccoli.
Pull the chicken from the bones into pieces and place over broccoli, covering.
Then layer over the chicken with 1.2 of the cheese.
Mix the 2 cans of soup together in a bowl with the curry and mustard, then pour mixture over all, spreading to cover.
Again, layer the remaining cup of cheese.
Add a light topping of seasoned bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 350 degree over for 45 minutes.
Enjoy!
